Arbitration and Mediation services provided by Four Winds Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is conducted by certified practitioners to perform mediation and arbitration services. While certified, associates with Four Winds ADR are not credentialed attorneys, legal assistants, paralegals, or judges. The choice to bring your case or dispute to Four Winds is voluntary or court ordered, the decisions rendered in mediation are not final until the claimants file the suggested paperwork, or if the claimants receive final, binding, arbitration. Please note that Dr. Stacie M. Betancourt Ph.D. cannot participate in both mediation and arbitration with the same set of clients, as this would be in violation of legal mandates.
